Shipping Policy
Arisun Rose collaborates with suppliers from China and ships products directly from those suppliers offering their goods on our website. We offer our customers fast and reliable shipping. We have carefully selected our transport partners to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and securely as possible.
This means that we can significantly save on transportation, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, allowing us to offer products at a fair price.
Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.
Shipping Time:
Our shipping time is generally 7-10 business days for the United States and 10-14 business days for International Countries.
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company
Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.
Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Important: Arisun Rose cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Your Order Status
After placing an order with us, you will receive a personal tracking code via email. With this code, you can track your order anytime, anywhere through our tracking partner ParcelPanel. It is common to wait 2-3 days before seeing the first updates on your order. You will also be able to see the expected delivery date on the tracking page after 2-3 days.
Delivery Issues It rarely happens, but there may be an error in the delivery process. This is human, and there is nothing we can do about it. Therefore, we ask for understanding. In the following cases, the following actions will apply:
Defective product - Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during transportation. In this case, we will automatically send a new package at no cost, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your money yet. If the product arrives defective a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.
Lost package - If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package at no cost before proceeding with our refund and return policy. We want to satisfy you as a customer and deliver what you ordered before deciding to request a refund.
Refusal to accept the package / Delivery failure - Sometimes a customer refuses to accept the package at the door, or the delivery company has attempted several times to deliver with no response. In this case, the package is returned to the post office. We always inform the customer promptly via email about this situation, and as a customer, you have 7 days to pick up the package. If the order is not picked up at the post office within the specified time, it is automatically returned to the supplier in Asia. If this happens, we will send you a new package at no cost with the same delivery time as mentioned earlier. If it is not accepted or picked up the second time, we reserve the right to withhold 40% from the amount you are refunded.

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel a completed order. If you have concerns about the product you receive, we offer a seamless return process. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund.
