Refund Policy
Our return policy is binding and must always be followed.
We have a return period of 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return and 100% refund, your product must meet the following criteria:
- Product Condition: The purchased product must be in the same condition as when you received it (including tags and in the original packaging). It must not be used, washed, damaged, or altered.
- Timeframe: Request for return must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of Purchase: Save and present, if necessary, a copy of your purchase receipt or order number as documentation.
- Evidence: Always include a clear reason and pictures of your order to show that they are in new condition and unused.
- Hygiene Products: Certain products, such as underwear, beauty products, or cosmetics, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@arisunrose.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return Conditions:
- Communication: Always contact customer service in advance via support@arisunrose.com or the contact form here to obtain approval for the return and receive instructions.
- Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must return the package to our warehouse.
- Return Costs: You are responsible for the costs of returning your order.
- Track & Trace: Your return must have a track & trace code, which should be shared with us. This allows us to precisely track when your return has arrived at our warehouse and initiate an immediate refund. Without a track & trace code, we cannot monitor your shipment, and your right to a refund will be forfeited, as we cannot verify if your order has actually reached us. If your return request is approved, you will receive a return form.

Returns sent to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and your right to a refund will be forfeited.
Damages and Issues:
Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during transport. Check your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately.
For the quickest resolution, send us an email with pictures clearly showing the damaged part or the incorrectly delivered product.
For defective or wrongly delivered products, we always automatically send a new package for free. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your purchase. If the product is defective for the second time, we will refund the entire purchase amount, or if you choose to return it.
If you are not satisfied with this policy, you always have the option to return the defective or wrongly delivered product at your own expense after approval from our department. In this situation, the normal return conditions apply, which you can find on this page.

Product Exchange:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund:
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and register the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at support@arisunrose.com.
Right to 100% Refund
We strive to deliver your order within a deadline of 7-14 business days. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or delays, a delivery time of more than 45 days occurs, we guarantee that the customer, regardless of the reason for the delay, has the right to a full refund.
Information:
As stated on our shipping page, Arisun Rose collaborates with various suppliers from China, and Arisun Rose delivers its products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save significantly on transportation, storage, packing, and shipping costs and offer the products at the best price.
However, this means that our return policy is different from what you may be accustomed to. Since our warehouse is located in Asia, you need to send the package back to the supplier's warehouse in China.
As mentioned in our shipping policy, Arisun Rose is in no way responsible for the costs of returning a product or products.
Please be aware of this if you are purchasing multiple products that you may want to try but not keep.
